Building belief

Commonwealth Bank (CBA) emerged from the Financial Services Royal Commission a simpler better bank.

When Armstrong began working with CBA in January 2020, we relished the opportunity to partner with them to communicate and build upon this narrative while also progressing their integrated reporting journey.

Enter COVID-19, a global economic shutdown and working from home…

There are many sayings that try to express the positives that can come from adverse events. However, the COVID-19 pandemic literally enabled CBA to tangibly demonstrate their commitment to supporting stakeholders and the broader economy through unprecedented events.

CBA led from the front throughout the crisis. Their leading role in Team Australia powered a further reset, building renewed trust in the community and enabling the Bank to truly demonstrate their values of Care, Courage and Commitment.

Armstrong helps clients to communicate how they create value for society, generating greater emotional connection and enhancing stakeholder relationships built on belief.
